Fresh Goods: (R)evolutionary
Ideas are often labeled as “revolutionary” when they’re really just driven by common sense, human decency, and principles that governed indigenous societies for thousands of years. A few examples would be reparations for descendants of Afrikan slaves, sustainable/communal living, universal health care, REAL democracy, etc. So yes, we’re revolutionary in the sense that we want to fundamentally change the status quo from a culture of death, destruction, and domination back to a culture of cooperation, sustainability, and compassion, but we’re evolutionary because these things are necessary for us to evolve human society without destroying ourselves and other species in the process. When you have a world where a few people are seriously messing it up for everybody else, then it’s time for a r|evolutionary change.
